Rolwaling Trekking

The Rolwaling Tso Rolpa lake (Tal) trekking, is one of the most excellent elevated trekking trails and as well as famous mountain valley along with Glacier Lake of Tso Rolpa (4,540 m), in Gaurisanker Himalayan range with fantastic gorge which is also nearest borderland between Nepal and Tibet and the place is inhabited by Sherpa people who are originally from Tibet. Rolwaling trekking starts from Kathmandu and drive to Singati around (150 km) it takes 8-9 hrs by local bus then we make camp site near to bank of Tamakoshi River.

For Rolwaling Trek throughout to Ratmate we flow the Tamakoshi River till to get the Tso-Rolpa Tal among the way we cross many different ethnic village and Monasteries it has many Stories passed over about this valley. The trek offers you delightful landscape including Langtang Himalayan range, Jugal Himal and Gauri-sanker Himalayan range also pine forest, Oak, Rhododendron, and Bamboos etc. During the trek you can have also to chance to enjoying with Alpine flora and Fauna.

Mt: Gauri-sanker is the secret mountain in this region and some people believed the Rolwaling valley is the resident of snow Man yetis. Rolwaling trek is not easy like other trek some people goes till to Tso-Rolpa Glacier Lake and same way back down to Kathmandu. Mostly the Rolwaling trek is more interesting things which is including with the Tashi-lapcha pass (5,755 m) it's also harder, but when you will cross the pass then you will go to entering to the amazing valley of Khumbu region.
